These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and brummy ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the brummy website at brummy.club, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the brummy platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with brummy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. brummy is strictly an adult platform. We do not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a brummy employee where such participation creates a conflict of interest.

brummy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Accepted documents include national identity cards, passports, and official government-issued photo identification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the brummy platform only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on official government-issued identification, a valid date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify brummy promptly of any changes.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Ensure that no unauthorised person has access to your account credentials.
• Log out fully from your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify brummy's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

brummy will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request purporting to come from brummy asking for your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

brummy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. brummy does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals for standard BDT transactions, though your individual payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount may be subject to daily and weekly limits communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active and its wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will be declined until those requirements are met, or until the bonus is forfeited voluntarily by the player.

brummy is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider's own processing timelines, technical outages, or banking holidays beyond our control. If a deposit fails to credit within two hours of a confirmed payment on your provider's side, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

brummy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion.
• During active bonus play, a maximum single-bet limit of ৳500 applies across all game types unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated. Any bonus and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly permitted by brummy in writing.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. brummy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or reclaim bonus funds if abuse of the bonus system is detected, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, collusion between accounts, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

All bets placed on brummy are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published in the platform's game-specific and sports-betting rules documentation. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. brummy does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except where a clear and demonstrable system error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. brummy is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Odds and prices offered on sports markets are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• brummy reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where erroneous odds were offered due to a manifest error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be either declined or queued for acceptance at the next available price, as indicated in the interface.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — match abandonment rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments, and super-over outcomes are governed by brummy's cricket-specific betting rules, available within the sports section of the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the brummy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on brummy.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other player-vs-player formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or other forms of bonus fraud.
• Conducting any charge-back or reversal of a legitimate deposit transaction through a payment provider after wagering has occurred.

All content on the brummy platform — including but not limited to the brummy name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of brummy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use any brummy trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent.
• Frame, scrape, or data-mine any portion of the platform.

Game content, including slot machine graphics, live dealer studio feeds, and table game interfaces, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is subject to their own licensing terms.

brummy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

brummy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms that contain errors.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

In any event, brummy's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

brummy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform's homepage. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the brummy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.

brummy recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The version currently published at brummy.club/terms-conditions is the version that governs your use of the platform at any given time.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which brummy is registered to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and brummy, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally through our live chat or email support channels operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal support channels, the matter may be escalated by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". brummy will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

You and brummy agree that any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than resolved through litigation in a court of general jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
